CrossFit Workout Options for Non-CrossFit Members
Membership at ICWA does not include membership to Big Barn CrossFit. However, all ICWA members have access to daily workouts that they may complete individually. If you would like to incorporate CrossFit WODs into your exercise program, please talk to one of our coaches.
Before You WOD—CrossFit Introduction
CrossFit is designed to be challenging to even the most in-shape athletes. So, for individuals just starting a fitness program, we require CrossFit Introduction.
Our CrossFit Introduction is a six-session instruction program done one-on-one (or in a small group) with a coach. We show you how to do the movements correctly to prevent injury and provide guidance to scale CrossFit workouts to provide adequate challenge. Our coaches will also help you know when it is time to increase the intensity of your workout so that you keep getting stronger, faster, better.
