Our Expertise, Experience and Passion
Jessica Stallings Smith is not only a former Division 1 soccer player, but a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a certified USA Weightlifting coach, and focuses on sports performance training for individuals and teams. She holds a B.A. and M. S. in Exercise Science.
ICWA’s co-creator, Nathanael Smith, works with Jessica and the rest of our dedicated team by providing injury rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise and athletic training. He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in athletic training and went on to graduate work in sports psychology, is a certified athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Fitness is more than just building strength or jogging. Our Jonathan Smith is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. With a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and Food Science, an RDN certification and his passion for healthy living, he’s focused on providing people with the expert advice they need. Having joined Jessica and Nathanael in developing and creating ICWA, he brings his expertise in performance nutrition, weight management and general fitness to help people improve and maintain their health.
Phil Salas is also focused on helping people improve their sense of well-being. A certified personal trainer with a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialty), Phil uses his expertise to help others achieve a goal of living pain-free. If you think that your athletic performance has stagnated, Phil is ready to help you unlock your full potential.
Joshua Lovato is driven to “be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world,” and he has been that for a wide range of clients, including young athletes. Joshua is a certified personal trainer and has earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in exercise science. His multi-sport training and coaching experience has included working alongside NBA conditioning coaches, skills trainers and athletes.
